    This stand of timber is one of the best I’ve seen in some time, very diverse with several species ranging from Mature white oaks to Black walnut and Cherry. The timber on this property is going to be very valuable in the future. Impressive timber isn’t the only thing this property has going for it, the high number of deer and turkey are very evident by the well used trails and 2 different turkey nest I found while taking pictures. Taking one look at the huge rubs on this farm should be enough to convince anyone of its trophy whitetail potential. Well manicured roads give easy access to every part of the property, great for someone interested in riding ATVs , horse back or hiking. Having no road frontage makes this parcel feel very secluded and private. The 30 ft wide grass roadway that accesses the farm starts at the neighboring cabin and bends into the east side of the property at about the midway point.
