You may want to go bike riding or jogging along the path that begins shortly past Horry Drive and extends through Litchfield Beach. The Murrells Inlet Marshwalk is right down the road, with several seafood restaurants in walking distance. The beautiful Huntington Beach State Park and Brookgreen Gardens are only a couple of miles away. We prefer a 6-12 month lease, but are flexible in order to accommodate your needs. (The website template only offers 1 or 6 months as choices.) This property is located in a small neighborhood. Neighbors are friendly so please be considerate of noise. (Cars only. Motorcycles, commercial vehicles, boats, RVs, trailers, etc. are not allowed, and may be towed at tenant's expense.) No outdoor fires of any type. Trash must be hauled off by tenant weekly. Owner pays for water, Internet, and electricity (up to $100 per month). Tenants must haul off trash weekly. An outside trashcan has been provided. No smoking or vaping in unit.
