It's a great area for taking walks, bicycle riding & enjoying the arts & crafts shows & festivals. All our residents are considerate & friendly with each other. We have all long-term older adult residents. You can join us too if you are looking for a long-term quiet home. The unit offers a new central AC system & tiled floors in the kitchen & baths. The kitchen has a granite countertop with a deep bowl under-mount stainless steel kitchen sink. The living room & bedrooms are carpeted. A laundry room is only feet away, FREE of charge to you. (This saves you on your own utility costs). Renter pays for their electric & water. Landlord pays for refuse & laundry room. Sorry..No dogs as they do bark & upset the other neighbor's quiet enjoyment. One cat may possibly be allowed if it's your only companion. I don't allow smokers even if you only smoke outside. Others residents may have their windows open. There is one year lease minimum. First months rent, last months rent & a $500 security deposit must be paid prior to move in.
