The house is located one block from the historic Domino Park in Little Havana. From here you can walk to some of the best Latin bars and restaurants in Miami and enjoy old Miami architecture along the way. In the studio there is a cozy living/dining room space with an extendable dining table and a two person sofa, a bedroom with a queen size bed and a small bathroom with a stand up shower. There is also a kitchenette equipped with a dual burner hot plate, full size refrigerator, microwave and Brita water filter. Dimmable lighting allows you to set the ambiance as you please. Blackout curtains and a new A/C allows you to stay cool during the warmer days. The upgraded windows reduce heat and sounds from outside while still allowing plenty of sunlight in. The space is perfect for one or two people. There are two small steps to get into the house. The studio has its own entrance and it is at the back of the property, so count on plenty of privacy and seclusion during your stay.
