Private road to the house where you will find ample parking. A 6'x11' deck with gas grill leads to a private entry. ~ ~Inside you'll find a recently converted, partially furnished cozy in-law apartment sure to please! We have attempted to provide every convenience needed and no detail left out including Air Conditioning. ~ ~Beginning with the eat-in kitchen that has an expandable dining table with a full kitchen, including full size refrigerator, full size gas range/oven, OTR microwave, dishwasher, Keurig/Nespresso machine, toaster, electric hand mixer, loaded knife block, asst, popular spices, asst. cooking utensils, asst. eating utensils, pots and pans, baking sheets, battery wine opener, asst cups, plates and bowls. ~ ~Moving through the open concept to the living room is a very comfy sectional with electrical recliners on each end and stretch out while relaxing or watching a movie on the 60"smart tv with Bluray/Dvd player and selection of movies. This is a Roku tv and has dozens of apps that can be logged into for endless choices. ~ ~Once the day is done and its time for sleep, you'll find a queen mattress on a beautiful mid-century modern Danish/Scandinavian platform set with attached end tables. ~ ~Full bathroom has everything you need to feel at home including bath mats, first aid kit, shampoo,conditioner and body wash, bath, hand and face towels. ~ ~My wife and I with our 3 older children, our two sons ages 18 and 22 and or youngest daughter being 13, who is a certified babysitter all live here in the main house and would be honored if you choose our place to stay in the Lakes Region. If you should need anything at all we will be prompt and courteous and go above and beyond to make your stay as seamless and worry-free as possible. This is a streaming household and both Tvs are Smart Tvs for you to log into your own apps of choice. No laundry onsite, however there is a laundromat just down the road. No smoking inside the unit, on property is fine. Lawn care, plowing, snow removal from road and parking is included.
