Gorgeous apartment in many ways. One of the bedrooms is HUGE, sunny, and awesome - it's like having a bedroom + a study in one. The other BR on main floor is very good sized with big closet. Kitchen-living area is open concept and very modern with stainless appliances but living room is not that big; but ... there is a 2nd living room in the basement + 2 BRs. These BRs have decent light and are not tiny, but smaller than upstairs. Nice bathroom downstairs but not as nice as the one upstairs. Laundry is free and on 2nd floor landing - very nice laundry room with 2 washers and 2 driers for bldg. 2 off street parking spots included. 3rd spot nego.
