The lower deck is pictured with a view of the entrance to the basement. The property has landscape lighting, so it is well lit in the evening. It is a very safe neighborhood. Parking in the driveway. The space has a kitchen (full sized fridge, stove, and sink). Comfortable queen bed. Has a washer and dryer in the unit. You will have two TVs one in the sitting room and one in the bedroom. Walk-in shower. Very convenient to 75 and the 120 loop, shopping etc., you could walk to the grocery store and Mazzy's just one mile down the road. Looking for a housemate who lives by the Golden Rule and treats others the way they want to be treated, honest, respectful, and has integrity.
