City has approved funding for the extension of Sunset Lane north from 58 Highway to 163rd Street and to connect 163rd Street west to its current terminus. The City is also hoping (not yet approved) to extend a water main north along Sunset Lane to serve the Hawk Ridge Park area to the west, which would also serve the Madison Creek undeveloped area.
