The topography is mainly flat and the habitat is typical sweet bushveld with a large variety of trees including knob thorn, leadwood, baobab etc. During the seasons with good rainfall, a small spring feeds water to the earthen dam. There are various improvements including the main lodge and a hunters camp with ten different game species including sable antelope. The farm borders a dirt road and not any tar roads and is completely game fenced. There is a good network of roads, which covers the entire farm and escom power. The staff quarters consists of seven separate bedrooms and two bathrooms. The borehole is equipped with a submersible pump and there is a second borehole which is not equipped. There are three cement dams situated strategically on the farm of which one is situated near the borehole.
