    What's special

Great Hunting land! This 41± acre lot is level and wooded and shows signs of the presence of Moose and Deer. There is minimal elevation change from the front to the back of this property, making it very walkable. There are approximately 690 ft of road frontage on US Rt 2 and approximately 800 ft of water frontage on the Passadumkeag River. An old logging road runs from the road to the back of lot 26. The soils to the front of lot 26 are a fine sandy loam perfect for growing crops. A few hundred feet down the road from this land, is a public boat launch onto the Penobscot River, the largest river in Maine. The Passadumkeag river runs from the Penobscot. The Passadumkeag River is 48 miles long. You can fish for Smallmouth Bass, Brook Trout, and Pickeral in both the Penobscot and the Passadumkeag rivers. Passadunkeag is 20 minutes from Lincoln and 20 minutes from Old Town. Lincoln has the closest hospital. Both towns have grocery stores, hardware stores, restaurants, and hotels. The next bigger town would be Bangor 40 minutes away. Bangor has many restaurants, hotels, 2 large hospitals, and some entertainment. Portland, a transportation hub, is 2.5 hours away. The adjoining landowner also has a 25-acre parcel of land for sale, the adjoining land does not have its own right of way at this time. Come take a look at this great property today!
