This location is very walkable to Kroger, First Watch, Morris Deli, the Post Office, Homemade Icecream & Pie Kitchen, Havana Rumba's and so much more. The owner covers sewer and trash services for your convenience. Tenants pay a flat monthly water fee of $40 for one occupant or $60 for two occupants, which is paid along with rent. Residents are responsible for their own LG&E account (gas and electric) and must maintain renter's insurance with a minimum of $500,000 in personal liability coverage. Proof of insurance and LG&E account setup are required prior to the move-in date. We require Photo ID/Driver's license from every individual to show a listing.
