RATE FLEXIBLE BASED ON NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS. 1-3 months ( flexible is longer stay is requested) Centrally-located . Close to restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops. Eagle Rock is Central to Pasadena, Highland Park, DTLA , Glendale and Los Feliz Areas. This is our primary home that we are renting out while out of town and are excited to share with those visiting our fun area area. Enjoy the Los Angeles sunset from this home with great views. The house is remodeled with a chefs kitchen and its 6 burner stove. The yard is filled with fruit trees, grass, shade and many areas to hang out in. Put on some music and watch the sunset. There is plenty of parking on the street. We also have a drive way but its easier to park on the street in front of the house. There are stairs up to the front door from the street. Sits on a cul-de-sac sac close to grocery stores, restaurants and a coffee shop. The neighborhood rec center is walking distance as well. We have a chicken coop in he yard. So guest will have to be ok with that. FREE FRESH EGGS from our hens. (we will have someone that checks in on them or you can be as involved as you would like). We have some that comes to cleans the house every other week of your stay. She handles sheets/towels, kitchen and bathrooms. This is our home. It has everything we use for daily life. You are welcome to use what you need. Most personal items will be put away but it is stocked for a family to live there so you should have everything that you need. Garage will be locked and have no access. There will be closet or dresser space in all rooms but some closets will be locked with our belongings. Backyard has multiple hang areas as well as a hot tub. ROOM 1- KING BED ROOM 2- FULL BED ROOM 3-FULL BED GUEST ROOM- FULL BED OFFICE-COUCH BATHROOMS: ROOM 1 Bathroom- Shower and tub HALL BATH- Tub and shower GUEST ROOM- has shower and the laundry space is connected to this bedroom. House has a peloton bike and a mix of weights. Hot tub on property as well. 2 office spaces Laundry on site **PLESE NOTE THAT ENTRANCE HAS STAIRS. PARKING IS AT STREET LEVEL AND THERE ARE STAIRS TO THE FRONT DOOR. 1 Month minimum. House is available for 3+ months starting September 8th while our family is travelingWe have chickens on the property. Tenants can be as involved as they want.
