Parcel is located just off of Massie Road and close to the quaint town of Chassell where you have access to the lake at the Chassell Township Park and also a very reasonable drive to Houghton and Michigan Tech's campus. There is a seasonal stream/creek located near the northern edge of the property (buyer to verify how much, if any, may be on the property). The seasonal stream/creek leads to a little falls and small potential pooling/pond-like area, depending on water flow. Some maps show the seasonal stream/creek as Eaton Creek. To the best of the seller's knowledge there is a flag near the approximate NW corner, a fence post near the approximate NE corner, marker just off Lehtola Road near the SW corner. The north line has some old fence posts near the property line. Road on the north side of the property is owned by the neighbor. The seasonal stream/creek is believed to wind back and forth, on and off the property. The property has not been surveyed.
