Country Building Parcels There are five undeveloped multi-acre parcels for sale in the town of Southport in the South Tier region of New York State. Each parcel has paved road frontage. Parcel B2 —23 acres-- $45,000 This parcel is located on the south side of Peacefield Rd. It has approximately 250 feet of road frontage on Peacefield Rd. Approximately half the land is flat, formerly hay fields, and half old forest on a wooded hill side. It is suitable for both a building lot and for creation of a “farmette,” bounded on one side by the forest. It has access to the natural gas pipeline. Parcel B3 —20.8 acres-- $40,000 This parcel is located on the north side of the Left Branch of the Dry Run Rd. It has approximately 375 feet of road frontage on the Left Branch of the Dry Run Rd. Approximately ¾ of the land is on a gentle slope, formerly hay fields, and about ¼ is wooded. It is suitable for both a building lot and for creation of a “farmette.” All the property is close to the Pennsylvania border. The local city is Elmira, NY (about 20 minutes). Other local cities include Watkins Glen, Ithaca and Binghamton, each about a 1-hour drive. Larger cities include Syracuse (2 hours), Rochester (3 hours), and New York City (4 hours).
