The house will be rented unfurnished. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 en suite). All bedrooms are carpeted (within the last 5 years). The rest of the house is tiled. All appliances (5 years old) included consisting of Samsung fridge, stove/oven, microwave, washer and dryer. The garage fits 2 cars and you can also park on the driveway and street by the house. There is plenty of storage space in the house (built-in closets) but there is also storage space above the garage. Please see the recent renovations below: - There are solar panels installed which reduce the electricity bill greatly. - Shower installed in main bathroom (there are no bathtubs in the house). - New blinds throughout the house. - Artificial grass installed in backyard which need very little care. - Air conditioning unit & furnace installed within the last 5 years as well as duct insolation replaced throughout the entire house within the last 3 years. We have 2 dogs (20 & 40lb) and both fit through the doggy door. We love the house but we're a military family currently in Europe. Please note: - No Smoking indoors. - Renters insurance required. - Additional one-time cleaning fee $300. - Pets allowed with a $500 pet deposit. - Renter is responsible for all basic utilities (including water, electricity, gas, sewer, and trash). - Additional utilities such as internet, phone, etc. are the responsibility of the renter. - The rent will be managed by a property management company and they will take care of everything as we will be in a different time zone. **Please do not apply on Zillow.
