The bedrooms are tastefully decorated with queen beds in all of the rooms, except the master bedroom which has a king. The master is huge with its own fireplace and seating area with direct access to the pool. There are televisions in every room for those who wish to keep to themselves or just want to get away. The family room has a large linear fireplace and large sectional for gathering to watch television. The floors are all composite MOHAWK wood flooring, nearly indestructible. Kid and pet safe. I do not rent this home long term. I rent to people who are looking for a temporary home while they are in town working on projects, professional health care workers, executives, specialists, and families in transition while they are looking for their forever home. My typical renter is in the house from 30 to 90 days. This is not section 8 housing. If you are renting for three months or more, I require renters insurance, and may at any time require that you prove that your renters insurance is still active. You agree that if the renters insurance has lapsed or that you have canceled it, that you will vacate the property within 30 days or renew your insurance from the date it is discovered that it has lapsed or that you have canceled it. You understand that my homeowner's insurance does not cover your personal belongings or injury to guests.
