Professionally designed country cottage on quiet, desirable road. Beautiful views of Selleck Hill and the Reservoir Road pond from the back deck and hiking is a walk just up the scenic road out the front door. Location is over Belgo Road from Millerton and 15 minutes from the Wassaic train station. The house is being refurnished, repainted and decorated over July so photos are not included (as the rooms will change) but if you look up Fern Rock Cottage on insta you will find its old page. Also I can email you more current photos. The longer the better for a lease but we are flexible. Academic year rentals or 12-month leases are favored. There is a separate short lease addendum to sign also.
