The marina is located on 3.56 acres of deeded land adjacent to the north side of Johnson Lake, and includes improvements on leased land adjoining the deeded land. Lakeshore Marina Resort consists of a restaurant, lounge, convenience store building, 10 rental cabins plus 2 additional mobile homes and 1 utility hook-up, concrete storage/storm shelter building, a small utility/storage building, 2 gas outlets, 18 RV pads, 45 covered boat slips, 43 open boat slips, and floating docks. Lake Shore Marina has developed a reputation for excellent food and great entertainment. It caters to the immediate lake area and to a growing number of communities in central Nebraska and eastern Colorado. It has evolved into a 12 month/year dining and entertainment facility.
