The house is fully furnished and the second living room can be used for entertainment / movie room or as a third bedroom. If necessary, some smaller household items can be removed to make space for the tenant's personal belongings. The separate upstairs unit is currently unavailable for rent . The upstairs unit has its own entrance and is not accessible from inside the main level. It has its own separate deck and patio. Rental property is 15 minutes away from Downtown Palm Beach, 5 minute drive to Lake Worth Beach, 45 minute drive to Downtown Fort Lauderdale, and 1 hour drive to Miami.
