Must be currently employed and have verifiable income equal to or above three times on month's rent. NO EXCEPTIONS. The lease is month-to-month with a 30-day notice. Limited parking spaces are available. Fully furnished all all-inclusive package. Parking in the garage and driveway only. No street parking. If a fine is assessed, it will be your responsibility to pay for it. Trash cans are stored inside the garage except for the night before trash day. Homes are equipped with recreational smoking devices that will be sent to the property manager. No unapproved pets at any time (not even for a visit). Monitoring of the unit is for both our safety and yours. We DO use decibel sensors, smart doorbells, and smart sensors to detect tobacco and/or marijuana. No illegal substances are allowed on the premises. If something breaks or a stain is done by accident on the furniture, notify us immediately so housekeepers can be equipped to fix the issue after your departure.
