This is a concept home from plans, the builder can build to suit but does not plan to start until other projects are completed, now mid December. The cottage is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath 625 sf one level home with basement. We are 20 minutes or so from Pantops and shopping. Lot just surveyed and a gravel driveway cut in. There are options to add extra sq ft if desired. It will be an alternative septic system for possibly 3 bedrooms.
