We clean with only environmentally friendly products, and we run a dehumidifier daily to keep the humidity low in our home. We keep it clean and mold free. We are looking for someone who is the right match for taking care of and enjoying our home. $5800/month for all 4 bedrooms including the ohana. The ohana has a joined and separate entrance so it can be used as an office or a bedroom, or an ohana. All unitilites are included, air conditioning, electric, gas, and wifi. EV charging is available for an additional fee TBD. The house is furnished with beautiful teak, cherry and maple furniture throughout with 3 queen size beds and a single bed. The large yard is landscaped with lily ponds, lemon and lime trees, papaya, banana and avocado. The lily ponds and yard are cared for by our gardeners. Everything is included in the rent.
