The acreage consists of two 160-acre and two 80-acre parcels, all located just north of Grants Pass and within ten miles of I-5. These properties hold a significant amount of merchantable timber; an estimated 5,183 MBF of total volume of which 2,827 MBF is estimated to be Douglas-fir. There have been minimal operations to remove timber over the last 30-40 years. Access roads into the properties are a combination of gravel and native surface. While some portions of the total acreage are steep, there is a fair amount of ground that would be suitable for shovel logging.
