It is 15 minutes to the to Huntington Beach Pier, Memorial Care hospital. The house is a detached 3 bedroom, 2 bath guest house with it own entrance on the side of the main house. Rental is available for minimum stay of 31 nights and for the entire ADU house. - Month to month contract or longer term is accepted we are flexible - This rent fee including utilities with the cap of $300, tenant will be responsible for what is more than $300 - Guest will responsible for the utility bill during the stay. -Guest will have 2 reserve parking on the drive way in front of the main house. If you have more than 2 cars, you can park on the street in front of the main house. - Small dog and cat are welcome with extra fee of $300 each per month minimum 31 days.
