There is no smoking allowed inside, however, you are more than welcome to use the patio freely. Fully stocked kitchen, laundry room, and half bath located downstairs. Long driveway with space for one additional vehicle. Currently occupied by 2 adult women. We are quiet, friendly, and keep to ourselves. - 6 months lease (can be extended if needed and both parties agree). - Utilities included in rental price. - Pets negotiable, with additional fee (No cats due to allergy) - No smoking inside, however patio space is free to use. - One parking space available in driveway - No excessively loud noise, let's be mindful of each other's space. - Keep shared spaces clean and neat
