Suburban Estates Recreational Land This is a LOCKED GATE recreational area, with entrance off Holopaw Groves Road, under authority of SEPA. Ownership gets you a deed to get access to a key to the gate to get in to use 10,000 acres of recreational land. Keys are issued and registered to lots, you must buy a lot to get a key! I'm in Tucson Arizona and just purchased the land. Seams like a popular place after my research. Just not very familiar with the area. Need financing.
