Holiday Island is a charming community with plenty to see and do, but having a car is highly recommended to fully enjoy the area. Here are some key points to help you get around:
- Driving:Most attractions, restaurants, and shops are best reached by car. The scenic drives through the Ozark Mountains are an added bonus.
-Parking: Free parking is available at the property and at most local attractions. We also have ample space to accommodate a boat trailer, so feel free to bring your boat along.
-Nearby Marina: The nearby marina offers convenient access for boating and water activities on Table Rock Lake.

-Minimum Age to rent is 21years old.
- Make sure you protect yourself with bug spray or sunscreen . Be mindful of wildlife; many deer families wander around our property. Do not feed or approach wild animals for your safety.
Owner pays for wifi, water, gas and electric. NO smoking allowed. $1,000 fine for smoking in the property. Pets are allowed. There is a $50 fee for one pet and $100 for two that is collected once the booking is confirmed and paid in full
