Welcome to our early Paradise! I just deep cleaned the place and primed and painted it twice, new carpet, new appliances, huge screened in Florida room with 25' heated pool. The outside of the house I just painted too and planted a bunch of fruit trees and grapevines and blueberries and blackberries bushes. That brought it a bunch of African tree frogs which I really like plus all the geckos! The place is in a great neighborhood on a dead end street with no next door neighbor and it's a jungle. Right behind that is Jonathan Dickinson State Park so it's very quiet and calm where you see all kinds of wildlife and tropical birds! There are bike paths that take you all the way to Jupiter Island beach which is pristine, no rocks and you can bring your dog and let them go on the beach, only rules is pick up after your selves. Relax in in this calm, Jimmy Buffet town or on the beach or at home! Everything is very convenient, grocery store is across the street. This is a short term rental, listed with Airbnb and VRBO but I will give 20% discount on monthly rentals
