There are so many things I love about this home. The location is probably the best thing about it. It's in a quiet neighborhood close the capitol, downtown Helena, and St. Peter's Hospital. Helena is also very centrally located in western Montana. It's just an hour and a half from Bozeman and Missoula, and only 2-2.5 hours to Yellowstone and Glacier NPs. But I also love the home itself. It's a bit quirky, as all older homes are (and this one was built in 1892!), but it has everything you need: large bedrooms with nice views and plenty of light and closet space; a sunny office with large desk, external monitor, and printer; a beautiful kitchen and bathroom renovated in 2017; an in-unit washer and drier; a quiet front porch and large back patio and fenced yard with fire pit for entertaining; and a fenced garden for growing herbs and vegetables. Although pets are welcome here, there will be an additional fee of $100/month for tenants with pets. The home is listed as a 3-bdrm an can easily function that way, but it is currently set up to be a 2-bdrm (upstairs) with an office (downstairs).
