House is located near CaponBridge, WV., town name is Yellow Spring and it's on camping/vacation area. Really beautiful Cacapon River is 1-2minutes by walk and this river water quality is really good so you can fishing and you can eat. I am not a hunting person but this area is really popular for hunting, but you can't hunting near the house area. River is close to the house but house doesn't have flooding area or any water problem. House is 1300sqft, land is 4lots which is about 1/4acre, 2bedrooms, 1full bathroom, big shed behind of the house, all appliances, furnished, heat pump for heat and A/C, wood stove, and no water sewer bills. Water use the well from this community, really good quality water and didn't have any problem. This community water guy works really good. House is 50 years old but I remodeled - new windows, doors, kitchen cabinet, new roof, and new bathroom. No hidden fees -really low property tax, utility fees, land lease fee and you can order the cable and high speed internet. Average electric fee s about $80/month. Big shed is behind of the house, you can use whatever you want - storage, work place, and etc. House is located camping/vacation area but you can live there permanently. About 15 families are permanent resident, they live around my house. Not really busy, quiet, clean, beautiful, and nice neighbors. It's really good house for vacation house or small family. Also, it's really good if you have a job near Winchester, Front Royal, Strasburg, Leesburg, VA. This town housing is pretty good quality but lower price and lower property taxes. House is great condition and it's empty so you can move anytime. Again, it's old house but I remodeled inside, so it doesn't look like old house. And price is may negotiate.
