There is only one immediate neighbor, and she and her family typically come up only on weekends. Between us, we have 20 acres and over 1,000 feet of shoreline, for plenty of privacy. Just 3 miles from Interstate 35, it's less than an hour to either Minneapolis or St. Paul. About once a week, at a time of your convenience, I will need to do laundry but otherwise you'll have complete privacy.
