The room also has a living room area including a loveseat, armoire & coffee table. It includes all of your utilities (heat, hydro & water) and it also includes high speed internet service. You also have your own personal refrigerator, microwave and kettle. We share the bathroom. You must be a very clean and quiet person. My neighborhood, and my home are very clean and very quiet. Non smoking home and no pets permitted. You must be working full-time, and you must provide proof of employment, such as pay stubs. References are also required. First and last month's rent are required. As well as a $500 security deposit. If you are interested please feel free to call or text me. No lease. This room is available on a month-to-month basis ONLY. Zillow is forcing me to enter a lease duration, but there is NOT one.....month to month only. You can stay as long or as short as you wish.
