Termination of Lease: The Tenant may terminate this lease by giving at least 30 days' written notice to the Landlord. The Landlord may terminate this lease with a 30-day written notice for non-payment of rent or violations of lease terms. Right of Entry: The Landlord shall have the right to enter the Property for the purposes of inspection, maintenance, and emergency repairs upon providing reasonable notice to the Tenant, except in cases of emergency.
