This is a furnished 2 bed (or 1 bed/1 office)/2 bath home that is the main house with its own entrance, kitchen, living/dining room. It is independent of a home addition (1bed/bath w/locked off door from kitchen) that has its own entrance. I am a healthcare worker who works up in the mountains but 2-3x a month we (my husband and 2 dogs) may have in person meetings or we may stay overnight on the addition side if the pass is too bad to travel back. Large fenced backyard (only shared space) so any other dog would need to be friendly. Great quiet neighborhood with tree lined street and trails at the end of the street. Close to downtown Golden (10 min) and easy access to downtown Denver (15-20 min) or the high mountains (30 min Georgetown, Silverthorne 1 hour). We enjoy trail running, mountain biking, hiking, and snowboarding which are all easy activities to do on a daily basis! We love it here and have been in the area for 8 years. We are only leaving because I took a job up in the mountains. Note: There is no central AC in this home which is typical for this neighborhood. We have huge trees that keep the house cool and a portable AC unit for the bedroom. Pet Policy: No cats or other animals. Only Dogs allowed. No smoking 2 dogs maximum Utilities included Lease term: Flexible from month to month, 3 month or 6 month terms. No year long leases.
