This is a beautiful property located in a great location. Minutes from Cloquet, Hermantown and Duluth. The property has a tar road along the south border and a gravel road along the west border. On the property is a beautiful high ground area that's lays along the northern part of the property that stretches from the gravel road all the way towards the east border. There's also a couple higher ground islands that are out in the center of the property. The rest of the property consists of lower brushy type wetlands. While walking the property I started out in the northern high ground portions. There seems to be some great potential building locations up in this area. The timber is mix of timber but does have some nice mature aspens and other types of timber. There was lots of deer sign on the property also for someone looking to either hunt or just watch wildlife! Very nice spot in the country yet close to towns!!
