Big Sur lot, a pleasure to own, to visit and know it is there. This lot is is over a quarter acre, on steep, rugged terrain with trees. It is accessible only on foot, no vehicles. It cannot be developed, due to its size and topography. It must serve as a trophy property, one in which you take pleasure in knowing you own a small part of the storied Big Sur. The photos show the approximate location and view of the lot, not necessarily the exact spot. The Google imagery depicts the approximate location and boundary in red, but it is not entirely accurate. There is a cut through the forest near the lot on which one can access it. Please do not visit this property unaccompanied by an agent--you won't find it, and the neighbors are sensitive. Additionally, you can get an idea of the slope from these views.
