In short, this house is set up for me with no compromises, and I am making it available due to my summer and fall schedule. Notes: 1. ABSOLUTELY no smoking or vaping. A deep clean does not solve the issue. Smoking will incur a penalty equal to the furnishing that need to be replaced, house painted, etc. 2. Small pets will be considered on a case by case basis. A large deposit will be required to offset the risk to the new furniture. In general, no pets is greatly preferred. 3.
