And in the cabin is a 35 gallon water tank on the fridge and up the hill is a 225 Gallon water tank that gravity flows to the cabin. The separate Bath house is setup with tub/shower with battery/propane heater for hot water and heat. Also included with everything else is John Deer 5200 Tractor.
