Easy walk to the river trail from the house. 30 minute drive to Purgatory ski area. 5 minutes to the grocery store, restaurants, etc. There are 2 bedrooms, however we currently only have 1 queen size bed. Otherwise, all furnishings are provided. There is a third bedroom which is set up as an office and/or extended closet with custom built storage. One bath has a shower and is en-suite. The other full bath is in the hall adjacent to the other bedrooms. The house includes a fully equipped kitchen, a large bar seating area, dining area, living room and separate den. A washer and dryer are in the laundry room, and the fully fenced backyard includes a cement patio and grassy area. Driveway parking for two vehicles. Maximum occupancy is 3. A dog will be considered on a case by case basis. Sorry no cats, no smokers. References required. Employment and background check may be required. $2800 per month plus utilities. Water/sewer/trash is included.Tenant is responsible for snow removal and must keep sidewalks clear per city rules. Yard maintenance also required. Mower provided.
