Please wait for at least one hour after the pool/hot tub were cleaned to use it. - Trash pickup occurs every Monday/Thursday. Kindly set the trash can on the sidewalk early in the morning on the day of the pick up or the night before the pick up. - The lawn is mowed by the professional company on Fridays. - Safety outdoor cameras (front door and back pool area) are set for guests' convenience and safety. Tampering is not allowed and will result in a $500 fine. - This is a nonsmoking home. Indoor smoking is not permitted and will result in $500 fine. - The house is located in a quiet family neighborhood. Please adhere to quiet hours from 9pm to 8am. - Absolutely no parties or events with anyone other than guests.
