The City allows access to the lake from adjacent lands, but restricts/prohibits permanent structures, large tree cutting, swimming, gasoline motor boats, hunting, and other activities on the City owned land and lake. The Reservoir is well know for great fishing, and with no high powered boats, skiing, jet skis etc., it is a calm, serene, quiet, and peaceful lake on which to live, enjoy wonderful views, sightsee, boat with electric motors, and fish for that prize bass! Owner lives nearby and wishes to be notified when people are going on the land.
