The Nelson Creek is very close by and offers some nice Brook Trout Fishing. Just a short ride down Selma Road leads to "The Forestry" with some of the most beautiful Maple Stands you can ever find. Trails stretch endlessly through this area running pretty much to Lake Superior to the North and Munising to the East. The property is easy to get to being only about 25 minutes to Marquette. The camp is very well cared for and is in excellent condition. Some really good apple trees have been planted and produce loads of crisp and tasty fruit. There is a nice wraparound porch/deck to relax and be among nature in all directions. There is a metal roof, a point well. a bunk room/bedroom and an open kitchen and living area with hardwood floors. A wood fire keeps everyone nice and cozy in cooler temps. The woodstove belongs to a friend and will not remain so you can choose the type of Stove or Fireplace you prefer to get for yourself. The gas Refrigerator has not been used in a long time so the condition is unknown. The camp is nice, but how about we top it off with a traditional wood Sauna with a changing room for everyone to enjoy.
