Loblolly pines were planted under this contract circa 1992. The timber has been thinned twice leaving a good stand of mature pines and hardwoods along the drains. Tucker Branch crosses the west side of the property and there is a pond located in the southwest corner of the property. The topography on this tract is gently rolling.
