    Hunting property with a view. This property is my ideal of the hunting place. Western part of the property is covered with a good mix of smaller brush and larger trees. Several shooting lanes are created by fence clearing and paths. Property generally falls in elevation to the west with a gully on the south west part that could possibly be used to make a small lake or large pond. An old pond is located in this area, but has filled in over time. The eastern part of the property is native pasture and elevated, with excellent views to the west that go on for miles. Fences on south, north and west are in fair to good shape. Current owner runs several head of cattle and a few horses on the property. Electric line located on the north property line, buyer to verify availability of service. 60 acres to be divided out of larger property.
