Excellent little place to build a home! Just a few hundred feet from Rolling Oaks Golf Course, you can drive your golf cart to the clubhouse. This property is covered in Post Oak trees and even plays home to a family of deer. There is an open area on the south half where the under brush has been cleared out and visualizing a homesite among the big oaks is very easy. Lantana is growing native here and makes for a beautiful color addition to all of the trees.
