The main suite has a king bed, a large walkin closet, and ensuite bathroom.Three other queen bedrooms are upstairs, as is another full bathroom.The main floor has the kitchen, two living rooms, laundry room, half bathroom, and the outdoor deck with patio seating, a fire pit, and the Traeger grill, overlooking a large fenced backyard.In the basement is the fourth bedroom, an additional full bathroom, and another living room with ping pong table, dart board, and a kitchenette.The home is in the desirable Northwest section of town, where upper middle-class families have homeschooled children playing in the streets, and retired neighbors garden outside during the the daytime. You can expect to see a flock of turkeys walking down the street, and maybe a mother deer and her fawn, in the front yard.This home has five bedrooms, which comfortably sleep 10 people, at two to a bed. We have an additional twin sized air mattress that can be used in the living room for a 11th person.We can not take bookings for more than 11 people.The garage and any closets that are locked are off limits.Parties, pets, and smoking of any kind is not allowed.Upon booking, we will ask you for your license plate, drivers license, and phone number, which we will give to the home's management, should any emergencies arise. We will additionally have you sign a Temporary Occupancy Agreement, and ask for your email address.There are a few closets that will be closed and locked, and the garage is off-limits.
