The homeowner may access these areas of the home and you may hear Noise, but the space is private. -No Smoking Inside or Outside. This property is a month-to-month rental with a maximum stay of 6 months, with a signed rental agreement. Rent includes utilities, trash, and WiFi. Security deposit may be waived if you do not have any pets. Pet Friendly but dogs only. NO CATS. There is a one time nonrefundable pet fee of $75. Cleaning fee is $145.
