Coming to visit the Olympic Center, you can drive there in 3 minutes or it's an easy 15-minute walk. There is a local park with a playground just 2 blocks up the road if the kiddos need to burn off some energy! Yes, I know the energy never burns off, but it makes us feel better! Memorial Park, home of the annual Balloon Fest, a local lake, and many other events is just a quick 5-minute drive! This Colorado Springs, 1950s home is about 800 sq/ft with an open floor plan, that has been fully remodeled. The kitchen with gorgeous tile and a quartz countertop has all the necessities to cook a meal on the gas range/oven. Enjoy the warmth and look of the original hardwood floors!
