If you're REALLY into cooking then this may not work for you, but if you're ok with salads, pasta, small casseroles, crock pot dishes, simple things to cook, then the privacy, yard, storage, location, etc may be worth the sacrifice. :-)This is a very large room which could easily have a bookcase or curtain or something else that creates separation if you would like a "bedroom".
