We are not responsible for lost mail. - This home does not have Central AC. There are ceiling fans and portable fans available to guest during guests stay. -Month-to-month lease with a 30-night minimum and a maximum of 6-month lease. -A signed lease agreement is required -One Time Cleaning Fee of $250 -$45.00/30 days for $3,000 damage insurance policy.
